Lexus is trying to appeal to younger buyers with this hatchback CT200h. Powered by the same system as the Prius it doesn't have the much performance to back up its good looks. The main thing going for the CT200h is it is the lowest priced premium car on the market.

Hi Zach! Enjoy your radio & TV shows. We catch them whenever possible. My Husband & I are considering a CT200h, but my husband heard that the life expectancy of the batteries in any of the hybrid autos is about 6 to 7 years, and the replacement cost is substantial. Can you comment on this as this purchase will take me into retirement, and don't want to have this kind of expense after a few years of ownership? Thanks and keep up the good work. We all need you!! Motormouth.ca says: 11:51 PM on February 6, 2012 The battery comes with an 8-year warranty and there have been very few failures, in fact hybrids often rank at the very top in terms of reliability. The cost for a replacement battery will come down over the next 8-years but right now it stands at about $2800.00. These cars are very reliable.

Hi Zack,

Does the 2012 Lexus CT200h optional F-Sport Package include the navigation Package? It doesn't really say on the Lexus website. I would like to purchase one with both F-Sport and Navi.

How much stiffer is the F-Sport suspension than the standard CT200h? Is it rough in your opinion? The F-Sport package has performance springs and shocks?
