I started esicrexing last January, just as I turned 43, for the first time in over 20 years. It's all part of an overall lifestyle change/new food regime that I began last October. I was tired of carrying so much excess weight on my frame, tired of feeling badly about myself, tired of feeling sick and tired all the time. I've been religiously going to the track every Wednesday night with a running group, and putting in 8 laps each time. At first I started out with walking the laps only, and slowly I began throwing some jogging in to the mix first jogging the curves while walking the straights, then jogging a half a lap and walking the other half and then on March 28, I was able to jog an entire lap (1/4 mile) all in one go. I was so tickled with my performance, even though I was gasping for breath at the end of the lap. On May 9, I jogged TWO whole laps in a row, and then last Wednesday, May 16, I was able to jog FOUR whole laps in a row! For someone who is overly exited that she just jogged an entire mile all at in one go for the first time ever (which probably seems silly to all the real runners out there) this article is so awesome. Yes, I'm the kind of gal who embodies the term slow runner, but as my friend Karin (who convinced me to join the running group) once told me, you're running faster than your couch. Sometimes I feel like I don't really belong in my running group (called the Go Far Run Club), because I don't go very far and I can barely run, and they're all very serious, very in-shape, half-marathoners and marathoners and ultra marathoners, but then I read stuff like this and it inspires me to keep up the good work.I've been walking/hiking/biking/jogging at least twice each week and I'm down 29 pounds over the last 31 weeks. Yes, I have another 43 to go to reach my goal (almost halfway there!) but it doesn't seem impossible anymore. Thanks for the encouraging words.

Zack, the news media is depicting a slow down because it is real and people should exercise financial caution.
Unfortunately, not everyone is in such a solid employment position that they can just go out and buy like your video suggests.
Past uncontrolled spending and ease of loans from financial institutions has led to this now very fragile and uncertain state of the economy.
